CFF is at maximum capacity for new applications. When we reopen the online application, it will be available here.

The only way to apply is online at this website when the app is open. CFF can not accept applications via phone, email, or text.

If you are a lawyer/legal worker and you want to discuss a possible emergency situation, feel free to contact CFF’s Executive Director.

Note: almost all recent submissions were incomplete and did not provide the information requested in the application instructions. This means it is taking us exponentially longer to research every referral, because we have to search for the info that was not provided by referrers. We know that people want to provide the information needed to possibly help their loved one, so the fact that applicants are not providing the requested info means we have to reassess how we can format the application so that people see and follow instructions.

We are working hard to continue helping the people for whom we posted bond, to process the current applications, and to develop ways to redesign the online application that maintains accessibility, but that prompts people to follow application instructions.

From time of submission, it can take 4-6 weeks to hear from us. We know you want to get your loved one home: that’s why we do this work. Thank you for your patience as we work to help as many as possible, as soon as possible, all across Colorado.
